The Mamiani Spa hotel was clean and well-kept for their spa clients. Breakfast was very good, with items being replenished quickly. Parking was easy in one of the two lots. The place exuded a cosmopolitan atmosphere.

Wonderful restaurant, spa area was relaxing after all our travelling, the extra massage treatments were magnificent! Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. You are just a few minutes out of the historic centre but according to some of our servers in town, this is a good thing since Urbino is a university town and weekends can be loud.

Be sure to book Deluxe room with beautiful views of Valley. Deluxe room was typical size with basic amenities . Beds were comfortable. Staff very accommodating . Restaurant on site was good . Spacious parking . Breakfast had good variety. Late checkout at noon was great .

The room was clean and well equipped, the bed was huge and so comfortable! Breakfast service was top notch, the staff was very nice, helpful and fast. And the food was amazing, a lot of variety at any time. The restaurant was also very good, especially the pizza is worth recommending. I am going to come back there if I’m in the area again!

Great room, spacious and with an amazing view. Bathroom with space and modern attributes. I eat in the restaurant and it was good.

the breakfast buffet was served at the room instead of the dining hall. the initial room we got could not support dining at the room. The staff upgraded the room free of charge and served fabulous breakfast to the room. Staff was nice, helpful and welcoming throughout our visit

Very nice spa facilities, though we did not know they would be restricted to a 2-hour window when we booked. Enjoyed them briefly a couple of times. Staff were lovely, parking was available, view was nice.

The hotel has a great view into the valley. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Parking at the property is a plus. You can easily reach downtown by car or by bus (bus station is right outside the hotel).
